Paris

We started off the trip on thursday night with a night train. The train went from Vienna to somewhere in Germany the next morning and connected to Paris. On our train over I was in a train car that fix six, with two of my friends and two nice older ladies. It was about ten thirty at night so we had the lights off but later on, one of the ladies was reading so we turned it on. Our seats were the type that hold out so I was trying to get comfortable and I noticed a blanket under the seat. My friend Charlie was sitting beside me and she was staring out into space, under the seats, and noticed that the blanket was moving. She kept brings it up and asked me to check it out. So being the brave one I am, I stand up and kick under the seat in front of me. And then sat back down and looked surprisingly at Charlie and told her that I didnt know what it was because it was hard and not very blankety. I then started to get a little creeped out. I stood up and got on my hands and knees and looked under my seat. At that time a man's face came popping out at me looking completely frightening. Our faces were so close that if he leaned in a bit I think our face might have met. He had short hair, bad teeth and dark beady eyes. I stood up and yelled that there were men under our seats! And after that I hurried the girls out of the cabin. The ladies also ran out pretty fast when they saw how upset we were. I then started yelling at the men to get out from under the seats. I had been told that if people are trying to steal from you that if you made a big scene they would normally run for the hills. The men started yelling back at me and ran out of the cabin and down the train. Luckly we were the second to last train car so they didnt have too far to run to. One of the ladies ran to get the conductor and the men were found in the next car down. Later the police met our train at the next stop and I learned that the men were on the run from the police because of all the stealing and crime they were committing in Vienna. We also found out that the men had knifes on them!!! Scary I know! But we all ended up safely to Paris. I got to see the Effel Tower and went to the Lourve and ate tons of crepes. The trip didnt turn into a bust like we all thought it would. But on the way back to Vienna our train hit construction. We missed our connector train and also missed our tour of Salzburg and the Sound of Music. But we all in all had a good time and saw We started off the trip on thursday night with a night train.
